The science behind food has always fascinated me. Just by making slight changes in our food pattern, how we can cure a lot of diseases arose my curiosity in this field, and my journey with food science began when I started doing B.Sc. After completing graduation, I did post graduate diploma in Food and Nutrition from University of Delhi to further strengthen my concepts. 
With more than 15 years of experience in the field of nutrition, I currently provide nutrition counseling to the patients which includes therapeutic counseling and obesity related issues.
