The science behind food has always fascinated me. Just by making slight changes in our food pattern, how we can cure a lot of diseases arose my curiosity in this field and my journey with food science began when I started doing B.Sc. After completing graduation, I did post graduate diploma in Food and Nutrition from University of Delhi to further strengthen my concepts. 
With more than 15 years of experience in the field of nutrition, I currently provide nutrition counseling to the patients which includes therapeutic counseling and obesity related issues.
 
I firmly believe that each body is different and so is its compatibility with food. What might work for one might not work for the other, therefore, we need to make the right food choices as per our body type in order to get the maximum benefits. 
 
Having worked with both Indian and International clients, I have a fair insight of the locally available foods present not only in India but in other parts of the world as well which helps me in better customization of diets for my clients.
